The
CSI Staff History of Excellence
In 1991, CSI Staff began providing flexible health-insurance staffing services in northern Illinois. By 1994 we were the fastest growing agency in our specialty in the Chicago area and by 1998 were providing more medical claims temporaries to Chicagoland's health insurance industry than all other agencies combined.
In 1998 we expanded our services to include utilization review and case management nurses and formed our Administrative Nursing division. We developed specific internal systems to support this division. We further expanded that division in 2003 when we added LCSW's (Licensed Clinical Social Workers). Today, we offer nurses and LCSW's in a wide variety of non-clinical settings including not only UR/CM but also Quality/ Bill Review and Disease Management.
CSI Staff added flexible staffing services for medical billing and collections in 1999. Once again, we developed a skills-specific test and systems-support features to ensure accurate and timely placements. This segment of our business had evolved to the point that it justified creating its own company for it (On Target Staff, Inc.) and broadening it to include patient access and the entire medical revenue cycle.

CSI Developments
of Note
|
CSI
developed the first, comprehensive computerized employee database
specifically designed for medical claims & billing and Utilization
Review/Case Management personnel. This, along with highly
qualified placement personnel, is at the heart of what makes
us "fast and accurate" in filling staffing requests.

CSI is the first agency of its kind to obtain a qualified
validation of its Claims Skills Evaluation Test. This was
soon followed by another first: a validation of its Medical
Billing Skills Evaluation Test.
"Validation" means the test has been proven to be a valid
predictor of job success.

here for more detail on Validation.
CSI provides its temporary staff the most comprehensive employee
benefits available in our industry, allowing it to attract
and keep the best. |
