In an Employee Opinion Survey in 2000, CSI Staff measured areas of importance in attracting and maintaining the best workforce: flexibility, communication, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, pay systems, performance development, and personal development.

We're very excited about the results: Both current and former employees gave very favorable or favorable responses to the majority of statements.

  • 90% of all surveyed (current and former employees) responded favorably or very favorably to this statement.
  • 97% of all former employees responded favorably or very favorably. Many were hired permanently at the locations where they were placed as temp-to-hire employees.
